Here's K sitting on a stool in the rain outside the front door. Here in the desert, rain is a treat, so K took the opportunity to use her new umbrella from Dollar Tree. What a beautiful kid, who would ever think that using an umbrella in the rain could be so much fun?

Here is K the moth, a few weeks later, after having quitely and successfully cocooned on a leaf in a jar on top of our television for a couple of weeks.
