I just realized how crummy some of these pics look on my monitor. Recently, when I updated my computer's Windows, I lost my network connectivity. It took me a while to roll back to service pack so I could get online again. I had been posting from S's computer, which is attached to the TV in the living room. The pics end up looking much brighter on that display than on my nicely calibrated monitors. So hopefully the new ones will look better.
